Benatia would be my choice. He already plays in Italy, so he knows thing or two about league. Add to that, he plays very good for Udinese. That doesn't mean I would be dissapointed if we sign Hummels though.

He most certainly would. It only depends if we are willing to spend. If that's your opinion You should watch him more often than. I aready said he is unrealistic target. But he is a world class player and one can dream about it.

I'm just saying that he would be huge improvement over PDC and Molinaro. Are there better LB's? Of course, but he would be very good adition. As far as his form goes, not every player can succeed in completely different environment and there are plenty of good examples for it.

Don't agree there. Licht on the right doen't have perfect cross but that doesn't make him just barely better than Motta. You are right about price part but still he was very good in Italy, and to be honest he would be better than any of our left back's since Zambrotta's time.

Contento isn't part of their plan. Badstuber is the first choice on LB so I don't think they would refuse some money for him. But he wouldn't be my choice. I prefer Kolarov and Cissokho.

Contento and Rhodolfo are realistic targets. But I would like to see Kolarov as I remember he played extremely well for Lazio but again he is too much attacking fullback, maybe Conte doesn't want that. Still defence consisted of Licht-Vidic-Chiellini-Kolarov would be one of the best in Europe.

No to Walcott, he has poor inteligence on the pitch. He is fast for sure, but other than that on tactical plan I don't see him fit in here. In Italy it's all about tactics and sticking with a plan. The game is not based on physique like in England.

Diego Contento and Cissokho are latest candidates for LB position. Cisokho would be good option for us and definite upgrade.

Vidal is an excellent player, he covers plenty of field, wins lots of balls, good passing skill ability, and very good attitude on and off the pitch. One of the best Marotta's purchases so far. With him, Pirlo and Marchisio we probably have the best midfield in Serie A.

I'm not saying that he is better but Chiellini made too many mistakes lately, remember Bologna's goal and I think Portanova out jumping Chiellini and couple of other times, or Catania's goal. Last year there were many games where Chiellini was cought out of position, out jumped... But again LB...

Barzagli, since he came was always solid for us at the back. I remember him while he played for Palermo, very talented and he played for NT also at that time. For last 8 months Barzagli was our most reliable defender.

I see LB as bigger issue than CB. At least we have options on CB position in Chielini, Barzagli, Bonucci, but on LB we lack options. De Ceglie is unreliable, Chiellini can play there only in emergency, can't push forward enough, poor crosses...
