If we get the players to play the formation that our new manager wants, I don't mind what it is (within reason, obviously). It's not as if Napoli are doing too badly this season, after all. Also, managers are capable of changing their formation based on the players at their disposal.

It's ridiculous that Napoli playing three at the back automatically makes Mazzarri a bad manager.
