    [Serie A] JUVENTUS 4-0 Lecce (Oct. 17th 2010)

We were talking about a formation with 1 striker. In that case it's a 4-5-1 or a 4-3-3, but not a 4-4-2. Or maybe you're referring to some previous posts that I missed. In that case, if they talked about the formations we used so far, it was a 4-4-2.

    [Serie A] JUVENTUS 4-0 Lecce (Oct. 17th 2010)

Yeah and right now we don't even need to think about such option because we have both Del Piero and Martinez, perhaps even Iaquinta too. I was saying that even without 4 of Del Piero, Quag, Martinez, Iaquinta/Amauri (in serie A most of all) we can still put a solid starting XI. Like this...

    [Serie A] JUVENTUS 4-0 Lecce (Oct. 17th 2010)

Considering that Quag can't play AND Iaquinta is doubtful, then yeah, you could say that it was a minor risk. But nothing bad. We have Martinez too and even without 4 of our 5 strikers we could play 4-3-3 with Krasic and Pepe in a trident. Plus, we don't have an indispensable striker right...

    [Serie A] JUVENTUS 4-0 Lecce (Oct. 17th 2010)

It was a great feeling to watch this Juve. Krasic is a star, Aquilani is what we missed for almost a decade in midfield. Felipe Melo was a beast, Marchisio added magic and he was a wall. Storari made the decisive point blank save at 1:0, Quag was lively, the defense almost untested. Only...

    [Serie A] JUVENTUS 4-0 Lecce (Oct. 17th 2010)

4-5-1 is a 4-3-3. Pepe and Krasic can easily play in a 3 men attack.

    [Serie A] JUVENTUS 4-0 Lecce (Oct. 17th 2010)

February 14th against Genoa. And before that he scored in October 2009 against Sampdoria. Only 1 serie A goal in the last year for him.

    [Serie A] JUVENTUS 4-0 Lecce (Oct. 17th 2010)

Lecce has one of the tallest (maybe the tallest of all in serie A) central defenders. I guess Del Neri will try to play those guys on the ground instead in the air, so I'm expecting one of Quag and Del Piero to surely start. I think EL follows right after Lecce, so perhaps Quag will be given the...
