Bonucci has talent, and is still young as we made a significant investment on him I say lets keep him for year or two more. Especially as our priority should be a WC striker. If we can afford a WC striker and a good defender than I am happy to let him go.

Keep him, as a backup he is good enough. I think we'd have problems finding as good a backup as him on the market. Forget about the price what's done is done.
