I said, at the moment... Molinaro is everywhere at the moment... defensively he hasn't been bad, attacking he's been average at least (Okay, his crosses suck big time still) but Grygera has been suspect defensively in the past games and his crosses are as good as Molinaro's...

At this point of time, I'd choose to keep Molinaro over Grygera...
