I know we're in Europe but I think it's pretty solid considering how our league bad is. :) I never really wanted to compare it to Algeria, just to show it but nevermind at least I got more to read. Thanks for the reply, Fred.

I'll take that post to other thread to open a discussion and don't go OT.

We are. As they said we got the hardest group, the group of death and we are first so far. It can look very different after the last 2 matches, though. But we always had good players that couldn't do much. This squad looks very good IMO but I can't really expect anything because of our history.

Thanks, I just wanted to be sure. Now, when it comes to players playing in top clubs I can't say it can be good because if it is I expect Serbia to do very good. Stojković - Sporting Ivanovic - Chelsea Luković - Udinese Kolarov - Lazio Vidic - Manchester Subotić - Dortmund Tošić -...

Maybe, but I was just asking if a goal difference would change something...that is all.

But if Egypt trash em? They can be out because of it, right?

But wait, if Egypt beats you shouldn't you be out because of the goal difference? :undecided:

I never said it's easy for Africa but I still think it's harder for Europe and in the end we'll see who's out for both of them. Teams from Europe will suffer more because most of them are stronger.

It's how it went so far. Italy was never weak as it's now. Croatia should be up maybe. Sweden can lose/win, same with Serbia...Serbia is average and waking up it seems with this coach, but if you are comparing African teams to them it makes them average as well, as I already said they are.

So at least one should reach the semis? It's gonna be played in Africa, their home. I know it can be hard to play against some, very hard...but I don't really think it's fair to judge that way. There are some teams in Italy that are very hard to beat at home but it doesn't make them hard team...

I went by your logic. Algeria won against Egypt 3 - 1, could they be enough strong Looks good, but it doesn't have to mean anything.

It's different team, coach can't play.

Juve lost against Lecce, are they stronger than us?

But this time, when they wake up they will realize that they are stuck with Zambrotta who lost it, Marchionni who's bad, Palombo, Pepe, Oddo, Barzagli, Panucci, Bonera and Pazzini, who are all average players. They shouldn't be underestimated of course but it's not the old Italy and I don't...

Well they wouldn't. I'd add Egypt but out of those 3 other would fail because they are just average at best.

Even now Italy is probably going to fail. They suck IMO.
