Boumsong didn't have a bad match, IMO. Inzaghi was being an absolute dickhead, that's all.

Having your own thread isn't necessarily an honor. Look at the Capello thread last season. I think as long as he's often in the starting rotation, Boumsong is going to be a regular topic here. And we might as well dish on him in one place.

What's scary is that I see moments of competence in him. I've seen complete games where he has handled his position well under critical circumstances (e.g., vs. Bologna just a few days ago). And then he reverts to his bad habits of fumbling the most basic ball skills, exhibiting signs of a brain...

Not a bad idea, IMO. We're lacking players in midfield, and he does contribute well (IMO) offensively at times. Can't be any more of a disaster than CB, right? :pumpkin:

What Elvin said. We did have an official Capello thread last season afterall. Most dedicated threads will be about players we either love or hate.

I still want to give Boumer a chance to settle in. He's had moments of solid play. But unfortunately his recent play has been like his initial play with us: out of position, terrible clearances, gets burned, occasionally muffs simple exchanges with his teammates...
