i think that if Ranieri was going to play 4-3-3..then Malouda isnt needed at all....but to those of you who are suggesting he isnt a good player..i suggest you watch some of Lyon's matches last season...because Malouda along with Juninho were the best 2 players last season....

Malouda is a very useful player...This is a good deal for chelsea..But IMO Robben when not injured is the complete winger..If they do sell him i'd say its because he wants to go.

Reyes is one of my favourite players(or used to be) i know what he did at Real..and that was nothing,he wasnt even played most of the time..even though i think that in terms of raw ability he is probably as good as Malouda...Van der vaart isnt even a winger..And quaresma is more fancy than...

Malouda had a better season than all those fancy names you mentioned..barring Ronaldo of course.

ok what about the season before last when Malouda was playing in the CL quarter final while Ribery was plying his trade at Galatasaray.Malouda is a more proven player than ribery imo,he is more effective and has more end product.

No he didnt mate Ribery was injured for large parts of the season.He was also very inconsistent.Lorik Cana and Samir Nasri were L'OM's best players this season. Malouda meanwhile had his best season with Lyon IMO,he was even voted best player in the Ligue 1.The only reason Ribery is more...
