I simply don't understand what is it you see in Le Guen. I am not waiting for clarification, the only thing you can come up with is winning Ligue 1 three times in a row, with a squad that was and still is by far more superior than any other competitor.

Four straight Ligue 1 titles doesn't really prove anything. Lyon as a club is superior to others in the league. Here, he left and the team is still points away from the others. Even before he took charge they were either winning or fighting for the title.

Actually come to think of it, Madrid's squad does not really suit Capello's tactics. This means he will have to buy and usually he buys his players, I can see our team becoming very rich if he leaves.
