    Capello ‘agrees’ to Real move

This shows that the club, its management, is creating the character. All the manager is doing is to coach the players. At the times of Santini it started, they were competitive but they did not start winning, however they did not go barbaric on the market, they knew that with patience they can...

    Capello ‘agrees’ to Real move

Definitely club management. They have a certain approach to buold a squad, they got there with patience. PSG have an Inter approach that will get them nowhere. Marseille will no longer be the Marseille they were at the times of Bernard Tapis (sp?). Monaco had the same approach as Lyon but...

    Capello ‘agrees’ to Real move

I rate Ligue 1 higher than Bundesliga and would watch a game there with more pleasure than watching a game from the EPL or the Spanish Liga. I have been watching Ligue 1 ever since I started watching football. I think in my early days I've seen Ligue 1 games way much more than I've seen any...

I simply don't understand what is it you see in Le Guen. I am not waiting for clarification, the only thing you can come up with is winning Ligue 1 three times in a row, with a squad that was and still is by far more superior than any other competitor.

Taken from Capello's interview after the game against Brugge, “I read it in the newspapers. I don’t remember signing any contracts!” he laughed. “It’s very difficult to return to a place where you’ve already coached, especially if they are the same players who already knew you. Would I prefer...

    Capello ‘agrees’ to Real move

At the days of Santini the club started to appear in good form. After their first title win, they became much better than other teams. I don't see anything special in Le Guen, their performance in Europe seems better this year WITHOUT Le Guen.

If you look back at my reply in the beginning of the discussion you will see that I rose a concern on him leaving rather than being joyful at the departure. Frankly I don't see many candidates of his caliber. You asked for arguments about Novellino, Deschamps or Prandelli but there is none...

Four straight Ligue 1 titles doesn't really prove anything. Lyon as a club is superior to others in the league. Here, he left and the team is still points away from the others. Even before he took charge they were either winning or fighting for the title.

I thought about it, but we need solid facts if he's leaving or not.

Actually come to think of it, Madrid's squad does not really suit Capello's tactics. This means he will have to buy and usually he buys his players, I can see our team becoming very rich if he leaves.

Deschamps is not proved yet, and he is definitely not proved in a big team.

Who do you want instead of him? Seriously, he might not be liked and his approach might not be the best, but who is up to his job? I don't see Mourinho lieaving Chelsea actually.
