  1. Zlatan suspended 3 games(NO MILAN)

Why are you guys discussing Zlatan action on Mihaijlovic? The referee saw that one, and it as nothing to do with the suspension. Or am I wrong? Ain't it all about the Cordoba issue?
  2. Official Zlatan Ibrahimovic Thread

Confidence in front of goal. He needs to know that he's a good finisher and then he'll start scoring on the easy tap-ins as well.
  3. Official Zlatan Ibrahimovic Thread

I remember how the Ajax fans sounded in Zlatan's first season over there. 'This guy can never be our man' and 'Ibrahimovic has absolutely no skills' - a year later most of them thought he was the most important player in the team. Zlatan has matured a lot since, and is playing waaay better...
  4. Official Zlatan Ibrahimovic Thread

The best thing about Zlatan is that he loves the big games. Wanna bet he scores the winning goal against Milan?
  5. Zlatan the worlds best

Many players are better than Zlatan at the moment, but not many of them posseses the same talent as he does. That's why Zlatan, with a lot of work, has the potential to become the greatest. All the things he isn't that good at yet, he can develop. But not many players in the world can develop...
  6. Official Zlatan Ibrahimovic Thread

Actually, he was more a joker who did stuff before thinking of the consequenses. He wasn't really the kind of bully who hit people and stuff like that. (Although he seems like the kind of guy who could well have been in a couple of fight in his youth...) This is from all the thousands of...

Are you sure? I thought Turkish came from the same 'family' as well? (Mostly because I speak Finnish (second language) and met a girl from Turkey who told me so. I didn't have a clue.)
  8. Zlatan - DP relationship

Yeah, he answers in English to the Dutch reporters. He speaks a bit dutch, but not good enough to be able to use it in real life (I belive). I agree, he should learn Italian a.s.a.p. and I think he will. He probably intends to stay in Italy for many years to come.

Appiah speaks Swedish??? Do you know where he learned that?
  10. Zlatan - DP relationship

Zlatan took several free kicks at Ajax. He didn't ever score on any of them tho.
  11. [Serie A] Siena - Juventus

Frank Lampard has player every game for years in Chelsea. If a player isn't injury prone I think he should be able to play 1-2 times a week.
  12. Official Zlatan Ibrahimovic Thread

I've followed Zlatan since he was at Malmö and I have not followed Juve that closely before this season. So yes, in my opinion Zlatan would be a better player than Mido even if he played for friggin' Bari.
  13. Official Zlatan Ibrahimovic Thread

I've seen Mido many time while he was playing at Ajax and a few times in France as well. He is a good goal scorer, no doubt. His header skills are excellent and he is also a strong and skillful attacker. But that's it. He doesn't have the qualities that can make a player top 5 in the world...
  14. Zlatan joins Juve injury list

Zlatan's injury is not that serious and he'll probably play against Iceland on Wednesday.
  15. Official Zlatan Ibrahimovic Thread

Sure, but he left Ajax because of problems with Koeman. These problems were because he couldn't stand sitting on the bench as Koeman held Zlatan as his first choice striker. But now were getting off topic here, so back to the Z-man.
  16. Official Zlatan Ibrahimovic Thread

Sure, but why this bad attitude then? Because he couldn't stand being held as the no 2 striker behind Zlatan.
  17. Official Zlatan Ibrahimovic Thread

Yeah sure, and why did Mido leave Ajax again? ...oh yes, because Zlatan was coach Koeman's first choice and Mido couldn't handle sitting on the bench. Mido is average, won't ever become any of the best.

Swedish papers today quote Nedved saying that he's sure that Zlatan will become the best player in the world. Some quotes from Nedved in Aftonbladet : "What a player! When Zlatan came in against Brescia and kept running with the ball even tho he had three defenders attacking him I looked...
  19. [Serie A] Udinese - Juventus

Don't judge that fast. He might well become one.
  20. [Serie A] Juventus vs Palermo

I for one didn't see this. Apart from his header where Zlatan could score on the rebound I hardly noticed Trez was on the pitch. None of the forwards played a good game, therefor I think a 1-1 result was okay. Juve didn't deserve the three points.
