I think the most amusing part of this is always that Americans assume everyone wants to be a US citizen.

To do it so blatantly implies that they want to humiliate America. I think at least in part it's because the West has always portrayed itself as morally superior and now they want to show the world they can make the president of the US drink every last bit of their cum if they want to.
