    Worst run I had this summer. Had no energy and my legs were still tired from hills yesterday. I think it's because I had lunch, which I don't usually do before working out. Man, I fucking hate running.

    It could be. I usually do run on an empty stomach because I dislike the opposite. But I still think it might have more to do with the heat factor and sun draining my energy. I'm looking for fat burn myself. That's all I care about.

    It's rough. Once the sun goes down I can run twice as far. That's why I take a lot of runs at 10 or 11pm.

    That was a pretty rough cross country run. The 33 degrees C, sun and the hills really drain me. Somehow I need to get more energy going so I can improve the time.

    Another good drink is green tea. Just bought a gallon of that as well. 8 Glasses of water a day, a couple glasses of green tea, and a veggie shake should do wonders.
