If he was a young player that made 2M a year, I'd be praising him on his qualities - ball carrying, protection, composure. But since he came from Barcelona and makes 6/8M a year, I have to focus on what he cannot do. He's simply soft. Almost a liability on defense. Very poor instincts/reflexes...
