Agreed, I have no idea why the club went for an inexperienced fella still trying to learn the ropes. In the situation we find ourselves in at the moment, you need competent and experienced management.

The reality is that we’re experiencing total mismanagement across the club. The whole ship needs to be cleaned from top to bottom to actually change things. That includes management, manager, medical staff, players etc… If you keep broken pieces it’s not going to propel the club forward

The current juve really reminds me of a company I’ve worked for. People never left the business because they didn’t have work very hard, comfortable where they’re at doing bare minimum, and the business doesn’t give too much shit when employees are bang average or terrible at their jobs...

If the club parts ways with Allegri, it needs to let go of this obsession to go for an Italian successor. The only good ones are currently abroad and I don’t see them coming back soon. Management needs to realise that if they want to take this club to the 21st century of modern football they...
