    Massimiliano Allegri

2 and 3 is the only thing that means something if there are credible witnesses to Allegri going unleashed on the press, the remaining 3 are the most routine things ever to happen to coaches under pressure.

    Non-Juve transfer news

150m signing bonus, 150m in gross wages over 5 years + definitely hefty side costs. Might not add up to 400m in total, but probably not that far off.

    Adrien Rabiot

True, we'd need at least 40m to buy a mid starter, so in short term its more expensive. However in long term I'd argue its the more sensible move economically - a disproportionate wage for Rabiot will affect our contract negotiations with other players and after 3 years we'll be at the same...

    Massimiliano Allegri

In Allegris shoes Id walk away, money isnt everything, especially if you have plenty already. Gattuso clearly loved Milan and Xavi Barcelona, Allegri loves himself.

With D White and Jrue as their best defenders and both Tatum and Brown as solid defenders I think the Celtics match up to the Mavs backcourt much better than Wolves. Heard that Kyrie is something like 0-10 against Celtics in the last 10 games, but of course finals is a different game.

    Il Capitano Alessandro Del Piero

Mbappe was ok in that WC win for France, but Matuidi really outshone him. Same with Liverpool's CL win, Salah gets all the credit, but Henderson was the true star

    Carlos Alcaraz

A gamble would imply theres a winning scenario. What was the winning scenario here, Alcaraz storming the league, us winning Scudetto and happily shelling out 40m or whatever it was for him? It is possible, but thats some longshot :D

    Serie A 2024-25

Tbh the weakest Serie A side is probably still well ahead of the Top3 in Lithuania or Moldova, so to me this is not that outrageous, Torino or whatever is the extra team is still clearly good enough to compete in Europe.

They just made the NBA finals, should they be sad that their opponents sucked more than usual? :D Its probably a big relief for them that they havent let the expectations down, because 3/4 of the Pacers games were very close and couldve gone differently

Wheres the KAT that had 50 and 60 point games in the regular season?

    Carlos Alcaraz

Well we did play somewhere between 4 and 5.5m for this guy to play 370 minutes for us. Thats around 1% of our yearly revenue dedicated to an absolutely hopeless 6 month loan. I dont know what Guintoli was smoking, but unless this contributed to getting rid of Allegri, it looks a bit dumb.

    Serie A 2023-24

Coming in for a 10th placed team that won 53 points as well. Imo a lot easier to do a good job and meet expectations than after a 90+ point Scudetto season.

They're a 47 wins team facing a 64 wins team, theres a clear difference in quality there, yet two games out of three it couldve gone either way and even in the 2nd game they raised the white flag way too early. I agree about Carlisle making questionable calls at times, but overall I'd say...

The Pacers are overall doing a very solid job, dont deserve being down 0-3, but it is what it is.

    Massimiliano Allegri

legendary cunt, absolutely the worst Juve coach I've seen in over 2 decades in his 2nd stint here. legendary in the same way Bernardeschi had a bunch of legendary seasons scoring and assisting less than CBs, only Allegri was here for every minute of every game for 3 seasons straight.

Thiago Motta - Manager - Bologna

I dont neccessarily disagree with the 2nd part, in fact I agree with spending extra on the right manager if needed. However the first part is really flawed. We have higher revenue than Napoli, Milan and everyone else in Italy, so even if we spend it recklessly we might still win Scudetto, but...

Thiago Motta - Manager - Bologna

Yes, thats basically a rookie coach that just started out and is getting his first stab at a top club. Havent actually checked, but my feeling is all the other coaches in Serie A besides Palladino and de Rossi have 10+ years experience on the job, yet Motta is rumored to land just behind...

Thiago Motta - Manager - Bologna

5m salary for someone who is still a rookie coach is just ridiculous, the accountants in charge are no better at negotiating a fair contract than Bini or Tici were
