I don't think so, I think it's the most logical option. He currently has players that are comfortable playing that system, transitioning to a new system should be done slowly.

First Half: Played possession football, good ball movement with some good build-up plays. Sorenson looking good; pretty good passer as well. Overall pretty good first half, a lot of our players are rusty but play has not been awful. Motta should be loaned out, preferably sold this mercato.

I can't believe we still pay Motta to play for us.

Yeah so far he's looking good. It will be great if he can keep this up.
