Thanks Ali, but I tried that...it still gives the above problem. Does that mean the drivers that come with the CD is corrupted?

I'm getting hardware installation error as below. I tried to reinstall the drivers (downloaded from Canon website), and it's still giving the same problem. Can someone pls help me out here? Thanks in advance.
