  • I love that run to the kitchen for the H20, like you're gonna die if you don't drink some straight away
Can never remember to drink water, always end up waking in the morning with a thirst like i've spent a month in the desert. i'm guessing you filled up on pizza right? :P
About 50 minutes from mine, I will probably live up there during the working week and come back on the weekend. Not ideal but you gotta do what you gotta do.

Yeah Prob flying over a footy weekend with some mates. Should be good :) Love doing the MCG tour.
Ooh, 17 huh? Good times await you :D
And I'll not make you jealous by listing all the names I saw in the past. It's literally many hundreds, Justice & Busy P as well, numerous times even. Best not to think about the financial side of things :D

Don't really buy a lot of vinyl myself. Especially not loose tracks, really only full albums or compilations. And that's less than 10 a year tbh.
Pretty sure I still have Super Acid somewhere. Well, what I thought was good of it anyway.

As for partying, it all depends on the mood & occasion. But not really what you'd call mainstream. Some names I've seen a few times & usually enjoy would be Jesse Rose, Richie Hawtin, Aeroplane, Ellen Allien, M.a.n.d.y., Mr Oizo, etc. Have to say last year was quite poor in terms of what I attended. Really only recall a great Simian Mobile Disco set & surprisingly good Chase & Status and Underworld one, other than that the only other electronic thing I vaguely remember would be Congorock.

Nowadays, I seem to go to concerts more often, rather than clubbing though. In a variety of styles: everything from hip hop to indie to soul to rock to ...
Was never really into most of Ed Banger's stuff myself. As for Boys Noize, I'm not even sure if I heard any of the more recent stuff. Like I said, I don't really follow it that closely anymore lately. Lack of time to keep up with all my interests :D
I do vaguely recall that Super Acid of which you speak, and that was fairly ok iirc. As for Jan Driver, I know I've heard the name before, so I might have heard some of his stuff, but that's all I can say.

Back in the day my favourite labels were Turbo, BPitch Control, Get Physical, Minus & Gigolo (mostly the earlier stuff). But these days, whenever I check something "new" out, I always dislike 90% of it. Don't think the music has gotten worse, it's probably just me. Odd really, because I still like to party once in a while. But the stuff I like when out partying often doesn't do it for me anymore when I'm home for example.
    Approved! :D

BTW, I need to check out more Tool albums. So far, I got Lateralus and Aenima. What should I get next?
