I don't understand Allegri's game plan and why the coach likes Rabiot, a lazy player who doesn't know how to defend and has no idea about transition and passing a simple five-yard pass to a teammate.

The managers have absolutely no idea about how to run a soccer team. They decided to do nothing, avoiding letting others know their incapabilities. Everyone blames Allegri instead of their mistakes.
