well thats depend of a lot of factor but except the fact usa are in top10 and the fact AFC / CONCACAF give you too much points by matches (thats would be better with AFC x 0.85 and CONCACAF 0.87 or something, imo only UEFA and CONMEBOL multiplication factors are great) the rankings look great...

usa are in top10 cause of CoCa Cola :P
