If we don't suddenly improve on the ball, we'll lose on wednesday [under the assumption Tottenham performs].

We don't have to go out all blazing gung ho style, but we need to be able to control the game both on and off the ball. Khedira, Pjanic and Matuidi must all perform better.

We will need to be clinical in front of the goal as our game plan will be the same as the first leg to play on the counter

There is no excuse really. Maybe the injuries but thats clutching at straws considering our squad depth.

Much of this current situation we're facing(a potential exit) is down to how Allegri got to play the team vs them in the first leg. It gave flashbacks of the Bayern home leg except that Spurs' stupid mistakes gave us an early 2-0 lead.

Allegri needs to set the record straight otherwise he'll have the unnecessary distinction of being Spurs' bitch. (would be the 2nd consecutive time he gets knocked out by them)

Dont know why you keep repeating that but a team of our stature should be able to beat Spurs. This is not Barca we're talking about. Ideally i'd like to see Juve go as far as they can. Wouldnt you want the same as well ?

Its $#@!ing annoying really. We have had problems with our attack all season long. Dybala out of form then injured, Higuain anoyong af and now injured and we are going away to play against a team that have Barcelonesque form atm and play a game in which we have to score but all our attackers are useless at this point. Add to that that Tott'am has had the same attacking line up all season long, every single one of their attackers is in form and i dont remember them ever having problems with injuries this season. Why do we have so manny injuries under Allegri? Why? Didnt we learn how to keep ourbplayers fit frim Conte? Fu king Pirlo managed to play 3 seasons under Conte and had literally like 1 injury for 2 weeks or something. Its frustrating

The fact they aren't Barcelona doesn't really mean a lot. Whether you are talking about their current side or historically it means little, they are very strong at home and we left ourselves in trouble with a very poor performance in Torino.

Still, in these games you need experience, luck and moments of quality. I'm fine with what we have at either end of the field but in midfield Matuidi is key and Khedira is the main worry because he just gets overrun.

I was merely quoting allegri as I think he is under tremendous pressure to perform well in the champions league
but you have to look our management policy of selling our star players and replacing them with medicore players I do believe our team is not as strong as last year but in the champions league luck factor also has major role to play in deciding the outcome of games

I thought Tottenham is a hurdle we could pass once the draw was decided ? You have to just look at how arrogant and bullish some people on Tuz were once the draw was made. Allegri is largely responsible for the performance in the first leg and we got rightfully punished for it. He can still make amends in London but it would be a really disappointing exit for us if we are to go down to a team that is quality no doubt about it, but still beatable.

I think allegri is going to have the same game plan of sitting back and playing on the counter

We don't counter consistently at all

We may have one good counter in a match which is not enough

Relying on a tactic we are poor at will see us eliminated

We have to keep it 0-0 as long as possible and make them nervous and hopefully we'll score a goal through some divine intervention like Dybala did against Lazio

I can't see it being 0-0 we need to score goals to go through I hope our key players turn up for this game
