From what I've seen and read over the last 4-5 years he's consistently one of the top keepers in Serie B. As I said before, he's fine here for third choice. He doesn't really excel at anything but his fundamentals are good and I've seen the odd fantastic save.
They were garbage but they didn't concede all that many goals. Even funnier is that their coach ended up being appointed as Empoli coach straight after
looking at how he blocked to penalty-kicks amazed me that how fast he can move his hands to block the ball! (for example look at the second penalty kick and watch his hand closely)
