Stated off great and made it look too easy. We missed tons of chances on the way in the first. Some changes with the weekend fixture in thought, some complacency and we put Atalanta back in the game. I am not bothered that we stepped off the gas and we behaved like we did in the second, it only made the match even more entertaining. Apart from the monster performance from Mandzukic, I was mostly impressed by Lichtsteiner who played a great game, he took me two or three years back. Asamoah at the left side is a refreshing option that has just appeared and the farther we play Pjanic up the pitch the better he delivers. Last but not least, Dybala what a player!

    Neto 6

    Asamoah 6.5
    Rugani 6.5
    Barzagli 6,5
    Lichtsteiner 6.5

    Rincon 6.5
    Hernanes 6
    Marchisio 7
    Pjanic 7.5

    Mandzukic 8.5
    Dybala 8

    Sturaro 6
    Pjaca 6
    Bonucci N.R

A guy name Latte scored against us, only thing funnier would be him scoring vs Napoli after Milik scores.

Hopefully he scores next against Genoa's Isaac Cofie.

    Asamoah made too much errors.
I was impressed with Lich.Good old Forest Gump.We will miss him against Viola rats.
Anyway doesn't matter with which players we played the game we just cannot concede two easy goals with our defense looking like a swiss cheese .
I will have to watch more games with Rincon playing.Today he didn't make any positive impression.Let's see.... .If he plays like today regularly then Sturaro is a better option.

That latte goal came from very poor defending by us, clearly we lacked caffeine.

Man if Allegri was on Tuz he would get slated for being so negative and critical but his 100% right. We do make life difficult for ourselves.

Isn't he doing exactly that? Trying to fix the players mentality with telling them not to take their foot off the gas.

Or do you want him on the pitch playing and showing the players how it's done too?

Exactly. And he is the man to fix that, and not just to confess that this attitude happens at least once in a month. He is with the players every day.Nobody but him must direct players attitude in the games. That's why he is our head coach.

    Well,just trying isn't enough.
And no, there is no need for him to step up on the pitch to show the players how to do the playing. That would be too much for him because he was never a good player(this has nothing to do with the fact that he is a good coach)and every Juve player is e better than he was .He must find a way to put the right attitude in a players head. That's why he is our coach, right? Not just whining how his players should behave .

He is not whining, just speaking about a problem he has seen repeatedly.

The players have to carry the responsibility on the field not the coach. We were missing our three first choices for the armband at the end so that might explain why nobody took charge of the situation on the pitch.

His being open and honest, no harm in that and it's clear that this is top of his agenda along with having to win, to motivate, to prepare tactics, study opposition, yada yada. For me it's consoling he sees these things. It's better than the Del neri interviews we used to see or our past coaches who literally gave the same post match crap week in week out and just masked their problems and here us fans never knew whether the masking is intentional or just plain ignorance. The players must respond and turn this around.

In that way of thinking why then we need a coach at all ?The coach is the person who should direct and intervene immediately during the game when he notice a wrong kind of display of our players. You can't just put your formation and expect your players to do the rest.Where is his role in that,in the game?Yes. they are well payed professionals and we expect that they will give their best in every game. But,as today. if they pull off their leg of the gas then who is the only person who had to stop their behavior during the game? The coach of course .Especially if he confessed that this happens at least once in a month.

We are talking about a top coach here not about idiots like DelNeri and others. He must get involved to solve the problem since detecting it.Not just explaining what is the problem .You can't just leave that all on players and their minds and their particular game approach.
