Sarri was announced as the HC of Napoli last year when we defeated Madrid in the semis. He has done well for his first season at the club. Having to pick up the pieces is never easy and he cannot be blamed for surrendering a table lead against a $#@!ing machine (Allegri's Juve).

    too early to call.

Inter are irrelevant to the world of football. Please don't post 'news' about them. Thank you.

He's a businessman. What's to say he wouldn't make the right choice when in office? He's not kept abreast of military intelligence in the Middle East because he doesn't have access to it and perhaps doesn't have the time to be. But that's not to say he wouldn't make an astute decision when he has all the facts in front of him.

Im not sugarcoating Roma situation, they need to sell only one player of the 2 because they aren't in as deep a $#@! as you think. Pjanic for 38M will be enough and then they will comfortably have their 40-50M mercato where they will keep their 2-3 most important loan players and get 1-2 good acquisitions for a low price. They won't have trouble maintaining their top 3 finish if Pjanic is their only significant loss. And yes, Radja was rumoured to leave but the latest he said suggests he will stay.

We seem to agree on Inter but Sassuolo, wtf. They lose their best player in Berardi and will sign some young players in return. Can't see them having the same kind of consistency as this season again. Best they can hope for is 7th place finish. Fiorentina will challenge for top 3, same as Milan and Inter, but I can see only Milan being a serious threat to Roma and Napoli IF they have a good mercato. They need a CB, 2 CMs and AM/winger depending on the formation. Maybe even one (or both) fullbacks. If they can get some good players and a coach they will be the most serious threat for a top3, but still won't be able to grab a CL spot in their 1st good season
Napoli is not a one man army... but they are dependand on their scorers. First was Cavani, and now Higuain.

If they lose higuain... they will drop like a brick..you will see.

Insigne, Gabbia... none of them can acrry. Just Pipa-

cause in Naples he gets 6,5m net while elsewhere they'd give him no less than 9/10 net/year

what i'm worried about is that if they make big money out of him they might as well buy 3-4 strong players instead

will be interesting to see how Merda and Roma operate, both full of loan signings that need to be resolved.

Neither team has any sort of project. They just buy, sell and loan at random it seems.

Our only competitor that tries to build a squad is Napoli, but they don't have the resources, the class or the patience to be able to build one good enough to compete.

The way things are going now I see us winning it 10 years in a row. And as much as I'd love for that to happen, the complete lack of opposition will probably hurt us in the CL at some point.

It's unlikely that 3 or 4 world class players will sign for them. Mertens and Callejon are good examples of the category of players they are able to get: quite skilled, very good at what they do, but at the very top they would be used as impact subs only.

It's unfathomable that someone with the talent and quality of a Pogba or a Dybala would play for Napoli imo. The only reason they got Higuain was that most clubs thought he failed at Real (not entirely accurate, but that was the prevailing belief).

It makes perfect sense you'd think that Napoli and Juventus are on the same level, beeing a huge fan of Napoli and Inter

...and that one time huge lump of cash from Cavani, that allowed a sub-top club to do an "EPL" and spend big for him.

Question seven. I think they got pretty lucky that Higuain was existing after cavani went. Now when we look at todays market, if they sell Higuain. Who can Napoli remotely sign that could go on having a similar impact ?

Take in account, the big TV deal of the EPL
The F1 remains as of 2013 one of the fastest production cars ever made; as of July 2013 it is succeeded by very few cars including the Koenigsegg Agera R, the SSC Ultimate Aero TT,and the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport. However, all of the superior top speed machines use forced induction to reach their top speeds, whereas the McLaren F1 is naturally aspirated.

No one. I don't see anyone really. Other than Cavani himself maybe.
