He was dearly missed, we have great issues every time we play without him, I am glad that he is fully committed to us and that we managed to win the derby without him!

Yeah he could've really helped us out today with our $#@!ty finishing, we were missing a clinical attacker
NI.~The Knights who say Ni.
We missed his legs and counter threat for sure, but you're never sure what end product you get with him.
Fool enough to almost be it
Cool enough to not quite see it
he's not a great player usually, but when his mojo is working he's so unpredictable and he wins us so many games that Max just can't resist playing him to see if today is one of his good days

"Noi non giocheremo 4-4-2, o 4-3-3. Ho una nuova mentalita. 5-5-5!" - Lino Banfi in Allenatore nel Pallone.
Essential part of our team.
Even if he is not in his best mode just one move is enough to change the game.Proved many times.
I find you can't play Mandzukic at LW without Cuadrado at RW. Half of our game plan is to tee up Cuadrado crosses while Mandzukic floats into the backpost area.
Basically.
And is not working properly tbh. I would prefer cuadrado to get in sometimes too, instead of always crossing. I know it is don that way because of mandzu but i have never liked that metagame of gambling with crosses.
if thats the case then i would prefer a gameplan involving a more incisive winger on the side of Mandzukic too... to not be pigeonholed into sending crosses and pray for the best
I don't know why in all his time here that Cuadrado has never been tried at LW. Not even tried in meaningless games. I just want to see him and Alex Sandro on the same side one time in my life. Cuadrado cutting inside draws 3 defenders as it is, imagine Alex Sandro overlapping constantly. It has to be a nightmare.
He will produce a shot on target or the defence will concede a free Alex Sandro cross.
Same thing if you then have Dybala and Alves on the opposite side but Dybala as a RW is none of my business
Look at Cuadrado and Alves on RW. They want to play in the same space. Cuadrado is so wide that Alves tucks in as a CM. It's just wrong.
because all of Cuadrados strengths are what make him great on the right, and his weaknesses would prevent him to be as great on the left

Maybe he likes to play on the right to dribble with his right foot and across, i dont know.
Anyways, with the kind of unreliable shot he has,, he would be a waste on the left side, cuz he would be cutting in and shooting a lot more...a lot of weak/unprecise shots.
One day we will be a proper big team with wingers that cut inside like Barca, Real, Bayern.![]()
Nice pass for Higuain's second, so often we fail to find the final pass when there is a relatively easy answer, good job Juan
last year he also was decisive in Coppa when he assisted Morata for the winning goal vs Milan

$#@!ting myself when he started holding his hamstring late on, although it did look like cramp.
Can't imagine not having him against Barfa. Rest against Chievo please.
