That's good for us, what we want to sell will get a fine chance and what we will use won't have injury worries and have time to rest and integrate.
And of course give him the ambition in the future to do great!

Why people want so desperately to get rid of our 2nd best mid, when the likes of Stu and Matuidi are still here is beyond me. Blind hate. Buy WC mids and make Sami our 4th CM/1st backup.
    A couple of reasons.

Sturaro is not even worth mentioning because he had to be sold from juve aeons ago. If we criticize khedira, sturaro is not even worth of our attention, as he has nothing to do with juventus first squad. He is simply fodder, he is nothing. Pure trash.

Matuidi, for me, is in the same boat as khedira. Players that are not what our midfield need. Not bad players, but neither of them has the chracterIstics to make our team tick.
Khedira shies away from midfield duties and just wants to run into spaces and pick a last ball to score. He doesnt create, doesnt make things happen, he is not good defensively. Is a luxury player.

Matuidi, he is good at defending and pressing. Thats it.
His technique is zero. He shouldnt be near the starting 11 of a team that supposedly wants to aim high in the CL. He would never start in one of our serious rivals. His possesion game in null, he cant run with the ball, he cant shoot, he cant dribble. He is just plain average, a one trick pony and not even top tier at that trick. A gloridied momo sissokho. He should be our new sturaro at best.

    Sami a luxury player?

He is the definition of a solid team player. You can call him many things but luxury player is not one of them.

Khedira admits he wanted to quit football after debut season at Juventus

    09 June at 16:55
During an interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus midfielder Sami Khedira has revealed that he gave serious consideration to the idea of retiring from football after his debut season in Turin. Here is what he had to say:

“I do not know if my Juventus teammates will cheer for Germany, but they respect us a lot. Maybe Buffon. I am a great admirer of his and I hope he can reciprocate.

“I thought about quitting football altogether because I was not happy after my first season at Juventus. I felt I could no longer play at the highest level. I was sustaining too many injuries and suffering a lot of tiredness. I started again with a personal dietician and specialists who take care of every aspect of my fitness. I invested in myself and came back as I had hoped.

“After the World Cup win in Brazil, we want to win again. We are hungry and we show it by continuing to win titles season after season with our club sides. We have many excellent young players who compliment us older guys very well.”
    2018/2019 - 1 injury.
    2017/2018 - 43 injuries.
    2015/2016 - 64 injuries.

I really hope he stays. We need his kind of character and experience in our squad. Thats one of the few things we are lacking that has made us so good in the last 5-6 years if we lose Buffon,Matuidi,Khedira,Mandzukic, etc all at one time. No he shouldnt start as much as he has but having him in the team is a hige asset. Get rid of Sturaro first before any other player is even considered.

Firstly we're not going to lose them all at once and even if we did Matuidi would not be as much of a big loss as losing Chiellini, Barzagli or marchisio in terms of character

Ok then reply we arent going to lose them all not why cant we lose this one player I decided to pick out. My whole point is we have always had a lot of players with really strong leadership qualities in strong times. We need to not lose that while rebuilding the team and it does need to be something we look to replace in the future

I don't believe for one minute Matuidi has that much leadership quality at least not in this club, hence why it wouldn't bother me if he left, he hasn't exactly been in good form especially since his injury

OK then take his name out of that list. The point remains the same. POint being that we are looking to lose a lot of players that have been the leaders in the dressing room. Its not a one or two player thing in a club like ours. Its 6,7,8 players all driving the team. I think there is something to say about having been a french International and starting for PSG all those years. Also when Khedira looks bad he knows how to handle it. Same as Mandzukic always knowing what the team needs. We need those types of personalities.

Only Buffon and Lichtsteiner have left so far, Asamoah soon too, though he was hardly a leader in the changing room

According to the latest reports from Sky Sport, it is possible that Sami Khedira could leave Juventus during this summer’s transfer window.

With Beppe Marotta and Fabio Paratici pursuing a deal for Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Mousa Dembl, the Germany international may opt to seek a fresh challenge rather than slide down Massimiliano Allegri’s pecking order in Turin.

Agree and looking at guys leaving i see OLDER type players easily replaceable (not Gigi but wasn't going to play forever) Sami is replaceable but for me hopefully not Mousa.
