He likes to stay at a club for 3 years then move on. (And it must be almost time for his beloved Drogba to retire soon.) This is season 2 at Chelski. After all that's happened I guess he's a little less welcome around Europe than he was after his first Chelski stint, the shine isn't quite what it was. Plus he's been around already.

Where will he go?

He wouldn't have the balls to sort out Inters mess right now. He loves his sugar daddies too much. So Bayern it is.

He needs someone to antagonize. He should go to Dortmund to torture Guardiola on his way out.

You guys underestimate how much he likes being in England and feels at home in Chelsea. They saw what happens, the roller coaster with coaches that followed after him, even if they won CL eventually, they like to have continuity with a top coach like this that knows the club inside out and is well liked. Doubt Roman will meddle or be too demanding as he was last time and be at odds with Mourinho again.
