I think the same.
Something i have learned in this sport is to always read things with a grain of salt. Too many liars and things that affect outcomes like the one you mentioned.
But if he stays i think next year will be his last definitely. This summer he will most likely try to complete the team with Beppe and co., and have a real final go at the CL.
After that, his project would be over and bye bye to greener pastures ($$)

I think Barca will push for Sampaoli instead of Allegri.
Barcelona will appoint someone internally or ex-player like Koeman at very worst (still unlikely), the Allegri rumours to them are garbage.
It'll probably be the groundsman or ticket office manager, and he'll be the next best coach ever.
Fool enough to almost be it
Cool enough to not quite see it
from a month ago but just found it now
glad there are more people that appreciate Sturaro. also well explained why Bonucci-Chiellini is our best CB pairing

It's a pretty good read. I'm glad he pointed out how we defend. For me you always base the formation on how you look when you defend, so it's a 4-4-2 clearly but call it whatever you want.
And the issue against Barca, especially at Camp Nou is that they can move the ball from side to side quite easily and open huge spaces in the two banks of 4 laterally. We don't have Atletico's CMs defensively.
I really don't know how this formation will work against Barca's new formation. Dybala will provide no resistance when our midfield gets stretched and he has to slot in somewhere. I would prefer as many players in midfield as possible against Barca, something like a 3-7-0 suits me fine.
I love his defense of Sturaro as he is absolutely correct.
The point about Chiellini running with the ball is contentious as it usually does more harm than good. Also, Benatia can take space just like Chiellini but he doesn't pose the threat of giving it straight to the opponent. And Rugani can probably do this too since he is perfect.

When we get the ball you will never see Alves in line with the CBs, he'll always be $#@! knows where, somewhere up the field so if you try to label the formation based on what it looks like in attack then you will call it something like, 2-4-2-1-1.
Dybala never goes into midfield to defend so how can he be grouped with the "3" when Mandzukic and Cuadrado go all the way to the goalline and back.
Perhaps the best way to describe it is 4-4-1-1 but in no way is it a real 4-2-3-1 like Heynckes would use (which is the standard for me).
And you are right, there's too much discussion about what to call it because it's very close either way and it doesn't really matter to be honest.
Maybe by calling it a 4-2-3-1 people will think Dybala is a CAM and his price will go up 10M but he does nothing like a #10.
Max patch to this system was more about mistakes than anything else. He started the season playing Dybala way too down. Then he used Pipa as SS and tried way too hard with Asa like CM. Max first half was more bad than good. If u don't agree this lets just ask why our board bought the General in winter? cuz our board was expecting we keep playing a 3 men MF.
Now we are in the edge of our main games in the season and we still don't know how Max could handle this 4-2-3-1 to play twice at week... IMO we need to use Alves or AS in the front 3 and a lot more Pjaca to have a very in form JGC-Dybala-Mandzo and Pipa against Farca but only Max knows for real.
And about Sturaro, play someone in the wing that would only rely on high presure It doesn't work a bit if the other team press us high and attack with 2&3 men for the flank cuz Sturaro may find the way to take the ball but with his limitate technic and next to the line I could bet u he would make a lot of mistakes once he gets the ball
Nevertheless, It was a really nice reading
Next year our goal is treble. What an amazing time to be a Juve Fan
