Wolfsburg has offered him a new deal to upgrade his salary and it includes an opt out clause.
The clause is said to be about 35€ mil and would be available starting in 2016.

is that date from TM correct that his contract expires in 2016 (they made some mistakes in the past)? if so, and if he refuses to renew they will be forced to sell in the summer...

Yes, the date is correct.

Though, I doubt they'll be forced to sell him(Volkswagen says Hi) and their manager, Klaus Allofs, already stated that he won't be let go before 2016, no matter what.

That could very well be a negotiation tactic, but it could also just mean that, given that they're good financially and having a real good shot at the CL this season.

now lets see whats he gonna decide. if he signs a new deal he will certainly leave in 2016 because of the clause but will earn more money probably in the meantime. if he doesent renew, he is also gonna leave in 2016 but he can practically chose wherever he wants to play as he is probably gonna be, if not the best then among the best 3 LBs in the world.

are you seriously asking if Juve can compete with Wolfsburg? or youre joking?
Yes I do, given that Golfsburg's paying huge salaries thanks to Volkswagen.
Or how the heck do you believe they got Luiz Gustavo(Bayern), Perisic(Dortmund) or De Bruyne(Chelsea) to sign with them?

Black+white clearly has no idea what gross and net wages are.
Uh, you do mean before and after taxes?

Anyways, it also seems like Wolfsburg not only offered him 4 mil a year, but 4 mil more then his current salary(something around 2 - 3 mil) per season.
