    ??

If you play against smaller teams and Juve already scored you can easily play a youngster. All youngsters begin with some minutes and when they play good in these minutes they will get more and more trust from te coach. Give youngsters a chance! Iniesta, Xavi etc. weren't also really good at their age and needed experience. Why playing everytime $#@!ing padoin, Hernanes or whoever instead of a youngster if you're already 3-0? All big clubs play youngsters in Cup or small competition matches, only Juventus don't do this and we will have a problem if we need homegrown players in our squad in a few years.

Clearly our whole operation with the youth is completely missed up. Not only do we not produce good enough prospects, but even if we did the likely hood of them getting any small chance with the team outside preseason is next to none. Takes certain amount of courage just to put in a teenage player and see what happens, only can be rewarded if you try. And the other big 3 leagues have no qualms with this trial and error practice of just inserting them to this trial by fire approach and it generally gives them healthy results with that attitude to youth.

But it's not even about Juve but Italy in general just extremely conservative with youth. It has improved a bit past years with the less money there is in the league (average age defenitely been lowered in overall), but general result oriented seniority mindset remains mostly.

Since coming back from his injury, this guy has been on fire. Any chance of seeing him with the first team?

Loan him to Empoli, he must follow Marchisio's steps.

I have to laugh because I was wondering when we would loan him to Empoli.

I don't know if he will make it with us but he will definitely be a good Serie A player.

I hope we will give him chances.
