Paolo Silvio Mazzoleni will take charge of Juventus’ quarter-final Coppa Italia clash with Milan. This will be the third time he features in a Juventus game this season, after the 2-1 league victory over Siena and the Italian Super Cup triumph against Napoli.
Overall, Juventus have a strong record in the 11 previous games involving Mazzoleni which include six wins, four draws and just a solitary defeat. Mazzoleni has previously officiated a Juventus Coppa Italia match last season, also against Milan, which resulted in a 2-1 Juventus victory thanks to a brace from Martin Caceres.
For Wednesday evening’s clash at Juventus Stadium, Mazzoleni will be joined by assistant referees Giorgio Niccolai and Massimiliano Grilli. The fourth official will be Andrea Romeo.
