Juventus Football Club S.p.A. and Fiat S.p.A. have signed the final agreement for the sponsorship of Juventus’ jersey until 30 June 2015.
As provided by the Memorandum of Understanding signed on 6 April 2012, from 1 July 2012 Fiat S.p.A. is the sole jersey sponsor of Juventus for all national and international competitions, with Jeep brand. The total fixed consideration for the three years totals € 35 million, in addition to the supply of group vehicles.
The agreement also allows for Fiat S.p.A. to exploit the Juventus image, including placement of its logos on the technical clothing of all Juventus teams and a variety of potential partnerships in other areas.
Fiat S.p.A. and Juventus Football Club S.p.A. are both controlled by EXOR S.p.A. and, as such, are related parties. Although it is considered an ordinary transaction at market conditions, the agreement has been identified by Juventus as a significant transaction and it is subject to the procedure for transactions with related parties adopted. The disclosure document provided by the above procedure is available at the Company’s registered office and on the website www.juventus.com.

Wow. That was... so lame it was almost a little cool.

- Boss, I have an idea that involves Vivaldi, Jeeps in the desert and Juventus.
- Say no more, go and make it!

if we keep playing like we have been, this will be the best advertising money that jeep have ever spent.

seriously, they are getting around double the exposure they're paying for.

Jeep has grown on me ever since they were announced as our shirt sponsor last year. The "Tough" & "Rugged" aesthetic that they advertise their vehicles as possesing, are also adjectives that perfectly suit Conte's Juve. I'd be happy staying with them after the current deal runs as long as Elkan and Marchione give us a much improved financial package.

Loved it.

Juventus marketing is getting a lot better. They're slowly coming into this generation with these ads and social media out reach.
