The thing is. Even if we are interested, we can't match the wages teams are willing to pay for this guy. The likes of Shangai and Anzhi are in the picture.

La Repubblica said we are willing to give him a two year contract but there's disagreements within the management whether to sign him or not.

I think he'll be useful for Conte. He has the grinta and is a born winner.

Tell me who is disagreeing to sing him so we can make them forever silent. You just don't miss out on Drogba, you simply don't.

Too old, but would still sign him for short term contract if we dont have better options. Which we prolly dont. But it wont happe because he is looking for Eto'o like contract and will have ample enough suitors willing to pay.

But my ideal preference is we try for the guy he is benching in Chelsea, the one who went from 54m cost to last 5 mins cameos in less then a years time. Could afford him, would cost around 20ish million at best with his bleak output for them plus doubt too many clubs would be after him right now.

We have a great centr forward in face of Matri, which most important function is to score goals by puting his legs and head in proper moment. Like Gomez in Bayern. I guess Matri is good enough.

Would be great for 1,5 season. For the scudetto push now, but even more so for the experience in the CL next season. Keep Matri fresh for serie A and use Drogba in Europe.

Lazio has a different purposes and different prospects. Also i don't think that they could compete in transfer market for TOP rated players. So when they had recieved a chance to buy high-skilled striker ( the age doesn't has any matter in Lazio's occasion ) they did it and now has a benefits. Juve has to fight in transfer market for players who are most proper, instead of buying players who are not used in their clubs and just whant to leave... and no matter to what club.
