    Great thread.

It would be interesting to compare this to other leagues, English, Spanish, German

Poulsen would have balanced our wages with those of Inter and Milan.

What people are forgetting is that Milan have 11 contracts expiring next season. I think Milan will only get stronger and stronger.

you need money to replace players and dear old Berlusconi won't be able to keep giving them the cash

Well we're not in debt like these scumbags are we now. All we need now is to regain our status again in the league and on international level by first securing a CL spot this season and making a real challenge for the title in the next. With that and the new stadium coming all the club's profit will be directed towards making the team stronger.

Gazzetta published this year's numbers and now Legro is making more $$$ this season.

I think they also lowered the merdazzurri's.

I'd like to know what our wage bill stands at now and how it compares to last season's, the season before with Secco, and other Serie A teams like Milan, inter, Roma, Napoli, Lazio.

Okay I'll give this a shot

    Wages:-100m
    -Aquilani 3.3
    -Melo 2.6
    -Sissoko 2.2
    -Brazzo 2
    -Grygera 1.6
    -Legrotaglie 1.5
    -Lanzafame 1.2
    -RInaudo 0.75
    -Traore 0.5
    Adjusted total: €84.35M

    +Matri +Lichtsteiner +Vidal +Elia +Vucinic +Giach +Este +Pazienza +Pirlo + Incremental rises.

    Maybe still 100m? or 105m?

I'll work it out when I've got more time, unless Alen or someone does it first.
