No. Di Natale was actually skilled. This guy is too limited and one dimensional.

I think he will have a career like Gilardino. And that is not a bad career.

Dunno, I think he'll do more as he seems to have a stronger backbone and character compared to Gila

Immobile has also turned up for the NT too when many others didn't, with 6 goals in 10 starts for the WC qualifiers....

Gila's career was mediocre when compared to what was thought of Gila when he broke through as a youngster. He still had a great career in general. Won the Serie A, CL and WC. He declined early but while he was going at it, he was always productive in the league and is in the top 10 goalscorers of the league.

Immobile will likely never reach Gila's trophy cabinet. In terms of personal performance he looks well on track to outdo him. 3 seasons scoring above 20 goals plus the one in Serie B. He may even hit 30 this season in the league or more. If he continues at this pace at Lazio in future seasons he'll write his name in Lazio's history and Serie A's in terms of goals scored.

Yeah this, I really thought he would be the next Vieri. He even started for Italy for Lippi's 2006 team, and that says something. Shame he never lived up to his potential.
