I don't rate Zidane that highly actually. He's definietly top tier but I'd say definietly not top 5 all time. More like top 20 ish. Like I don't think he even gets into the "All Time XI" bench IMO

Look at the post below yours. You describing Fr3sh here?
It's been a prevalent notion. Fallen sparks. Fragments of vessels broken at the Creation. And someday, somehow, before the end, a gathering back to home. A messenger from the Kingdom, arriving at the last moment. But I tell you there is no such message, no such home -- only the millions of last moments . . . nothing more. Our history is an aggregate of last moments.

Fr3sh is hopeless when it comes to rating footballers. I don't expect much from a guy who likes to shag moose while getting high on maple syrup and jizzing to girls playing curling

then again you guys are attempting to rate footballers from different generations playing in different leagues in different positions on the field and none of you were alive when some of the players you're talking about had their careers. no offense, but that sounds more nerdy than what you described Fr3sh was doing

I didn't ask for your opinion you peasant. Didn't your god teach you to not be a judgmental prick?

In all honesty tho, calling Platini a bum is borderline retarded; he's one of the greatest to play the game.

then again he reportedly also was a $#@! coach and, more recently, the part we actually experienced, he was indeed a $#@! UEFA president

So was Maradona. In life being a good footballer only gets you so far. I have 0 respect for either of them.

Obviously I'm too young to have seen Platini play, but the one imagine I have of him as a player is him celebrating his goal against Liverpool in 1985.
