* The rules are simple, first you have to be registered. You do that in the Prediction Game sign up thread.

* Each Monday, or latest, Tuesday mornings, an event is set up with eight matches from the next weekend. You predict the match results, and the Monday after that weekend, the scores are calculated and the rankings updated.

The points:
  • 3 points for a correct prediction
  • 1 point for a correct outcome
  • 0 points if you got nothing correct
  • 5 points extra if you are the matchday winner

Example: Juventus - Inter

You predict 5-0
Possible outcomes:

1) Result is 5-0, you get 3 points.
2) Result is 6-0, you get 1 point
3) Result is 1-1 or 0-1, you get 0 points.

* The prizes:

The winner gets 5 Million points
The second gets 4 Million points
The third gets 3 Million points
The fourth gets 2 Million points
The fifth gets 1 Million points

The matchday winner gets 250 000 points
The organizer (Chester in our case) gets 1 Million points for the efforts
The person with has the highest matchday score at the end of the PL gets 1 Million points **NEW AWARD**

* JcK will try to sent a reminder email every week Thursday or Friday to those who didn't predict yet. After the 3rd week in a row that someone didn't predict but did get the reminder email, no reminder won't be sent anymore.

* When the deadline in the title has passed and you still want to predict, be sure to remove the matches that are already played/started (and you have to search for them yourself), if you don't do that, your predictions won't count.

The organizers (JcK for the PL and BF for the PC in our case) get 1000 points for the efforts
The person with has the highest matchday score at the end of the PL gets 1000 points.
