What I didn't like is the boss mentioning how my salary won't go up much and it won't go up any time soon. I think it has a great potential for me to learn a whole lot over there which will be a huge bonus for my CV. But if I wanna do something with my life I'll most likely look for other opportunities. If something pops up I'll surely consider. If not, well, I'll try to rethink about the whole deal in a year when I see if I can settle there or just move on.

Pretty weird situation too. My working hours will be 8.5 per day. 30 minutes extra so I'd work 8 hours fully without a break and not just that, but every other Saturday will be a workday which $#@!ing sucks.
I used to work pretty much every Saturday at my other job, its not that bad. Do you get overtime for it?

Not a penny for Saturday. And each day I'll have 30 minutes extra which won't be paid. Plus overtime that happens from time to time which also doesn't get paid.

But that's like a written rule for 95% of the companies here. That's why we have investors coming. Low wages and you get to terrorize people.
Pirlo has no equal in Europe, Vidal is a champion. And Marchisio, though little noticed, when he is one hundred per cent [he too] is a champion.

Lol, overtime in third world countries. Dat $#@! doesn't exist for 98% of the employed population.

      Spoiler:
The legal workweek in Bolivia is 48 hours for men and 40 for women.

    So much discrimination.

    What? Who told you that?

You think only strong countries have that?

I would think that employers in developed European countries actually pay their employees overtime. :idk:

    Oh.

Paying, yes. I thought you meant how there's no overtime (extra working hours) in our $#@!ty countries.

That sucks man. I guess you can think of it as being a salaried job if that makes it easier. But hope it gets better over there.

Grats on the 100 official years. Your country have produced some great men: Haydn, Mozart, Freud, Wittgenstein, but no one compares to the son of Alois and Klara. Keep up the good work.

Can't believe you left out Franz Schubert and Alex Manninger

It's a good thing to have if you're looking for a promotion, so they can't find a reason not to give you one. IMO it's just a very minor upgrade of knowledge overall and not worth the investment unless you're in a huge company and know that they will appreciate it. It's also a nice thing to have if you're in the short list among those applying on a tender, so they look at degrees, but you shouldn't really care about boosting some other company just for the sake of it
