    How is he wrong?

We won't suffer in terms of football because a good goalkeeper, better than the current version of Buffon, is already waiting to take over.

But we (= the fans) will suffer emotionally from losing a Legend.

that part you're assuming, no one knows how it'll go. hence stating it like a fact is foolish. just like the people, Maddy one of them, who were saying how we're already out before the 2nd leg against Spurs

Dude is just dumb. But what can you expect from soemone who previously identified himself as a homophobe.

He isn't even aware of what he wrote (quotes below). He clearly correlates suffer, feeling, missing, emptiness ie. state of emotions/emotional. What's even funnier is that I wrote might, yet he see that as a categorical statement. Since when did might become unambiguously explicit?

Yes, everyone missed him like crazy, I still do, you don't?
He asked if Juventus suffered when Del Piero left. We sure did, the bigger part of the club staff, players and fans surely missed his presence, many still do. Did it mean we stopped winning or did it majorly affect our performances on field? No, but that doesn't mean we didn't suffer. Same for Buffon, saying Juve won't suffer when he retires is foolish, of course we will, I already feel a bit empty inside thinking that he might play his last game in less than 3 months.
    Much Love, bitches!

you wrote we won't suffer in terms of football, that's not a categorical statement? you clearly lack in comprehension yourself. and in culture.

His leadership doesn't have to be missed when he retires.

Make him a liaison between the players and mgmt. Kinda like the role Totti and Nedved have. But I want him in the dugout with the players and coaches. Nedved can remain involved but and can also focus more on the desk job.

Buffon, Allegri paid for Juventus jet
    https://www.football-italia.net/1185...d-juventus-jet

Itís reported that Gianluigi Buffon and Massimiliano Allegri paid out of their own pockets for a private jet to take Juventus to Davide Astoriís funeral.

The Bianconeri played Tottenham Hotspur in the Champions League last Wednesday, with the Fiorentina captainís funeral the following day.

A delegation from Juve nonetheless managed to attend the final farewell to Astori, and were greeted with applause and gratitude from the Viola fans, despite the intense rivalry between the teams.

Now La Nazione is reporting that after the Spurs game, Buffon told his teammates in the dressing room that there was a private plane to take them to Florence for the funeral.

The goalkeeper told his teammates that anyone wishing to attend should meet in the hotel lobby at 4.30am, while stating that he understood if people wanted to sleep after such a tough match.

In the event all of the players turned up in the lobby, but there wasn't enough space on the plane for everyone to go.

The newspaper believes that Buffon and Allegri paid out of their own pockets for the 12-seater jet, meeting up with Federico Bernardeschi when the delegation reached Florence.

La Nazione also reports that the police proposed that Juventus enter the Basilica di Santa Croce by a back entrance, but Buffon urged all his teammates to walk around the front to show their solidarity with the people of Florence.

The story hasn't been confirmed, but Buffon did thank the Fiorentina fans for their reaction to the Juventus players' arrival.

If Gigi shaved pokemons into his head, he could have private jet too.
It's been a prevalent notion. Fallen sparks. Fragments of vessels broken at the Creation. And someday, somehow, before the end, a gathering back to home. A messenger from the Kingdom, arriving at the last moment. But I tell you there is no such message, no such home -- only the millions of last moments . . . nothing more. Our history is an aggregate of last moments.
