There are MANY players who had fathers who were former players. Just not necessarily famous or that successful players necessarily.

Yeah thats more rare, perhaps not famous as more former top players. Maldini's case is rather epic example. A father who is a top defender of his time, getting a who turns out to be the top dog of all times.

Bit somewhat similar with Michael Laudrups father, was a huge talent, destructive and half assed player of the 60-70s ala the age of players who werent really professionals or that dedicated (but accostumed to boozing and half-time jobs inbetween games), but huge talent nontheless. But gets a son who turns out to be very succesfull and an all time great talent wise (he is really a ridicolous player).

A good case: he was briilant, and his brother damn good.

The only case of having two sons even better than the father?

Guys do you think that Zidane's son will lose his hair? I personally wouldn't buy him a comb as a present for his birthday.
    - 10,000 BC - At the dawn of history, human civilization arises as a result of the accidental discovery of brewing: nomadic hunter-gatherers discover that rain-sodden grain, left alone for a while, makes a beverage with magical properties - the Beer. hence, they established the first permanent villages and, eventually, the pinnacle of human cultural achievement: the brewpub.
