I prefer to start Tiago over Almiron , since Almiron showing a lame performance when he was start alongside with Nocerino .

I think Ranieri isn't blind and he surely not missed that Molinaro isn't his best choice on the left back position.I would put Chiellini on the left with Criscito and Legrottaglie in the middle and Grygera on the right.If it's too risky with Criscito in the middle we have two options:

Zebina(he's back, right?)____Legrottaglie___Grygera___Chiellini

or

Grygera___Legrottaglie__Chiellini___Criscito

And I would probably prefer Tiago over Nedved for this match.
