I am a hardcore Final Fantasy Fan.I played FF VII , FF VIII and FF IX(all on PC) and i would rank them by Game play :

1- FF VII
2- FF IX
3- FF VIII

And i don't have PS2 to Play FF X so i can't Judge it.

The best graphics is FF VIII
The Best Cut Scene Movies FF IX.
