I was gonna start it be hesitated. (superstitious)

Very tough game for the azzurri. Australia are a fast team and Kewell is starting to play very well.

Tactics vs. Tactics

I predict a tough Italy win, with Pippo to save the evening.
Exactly...It's all about tactics in this game.

I'd go with

Buffon
Zambo-Matrix-Canna-Grosso
De Rossi-Gattuso-Pirlo
Camo-Del Piero
Pippo

Or

Buffon
Zambo-Matrix-Canna-Grosso
Camo-Gattuso-Pirlo
Totti/Del Piero
Toni-Inzaghi

I so wanted the croats to win but I guess the bogey team it is.. somehow I have a very bad feeling about this game, if anyone thought we played poor against the americans, better prepare for much worse. By the way its Hiddink & Ten Cate V Lippi & Ferrara. Cant say ferare would have much of an influence on decisions but rather a learning exposure of the game but one things for sure Hiddink has a great man beside him, no wonder they got this far...

Perrotta-Gattuso-Pirlo
Camo
Toni-Inzaghi

Sounds promising, Perrota has been brilliant so far IMO and fully deserves his place in the midfield.

You know whats amazing, the 26th is going to be my last day of exams :) ..
I have 3 exams left that will take place Saturday, Sunday and Monday..
And if everything goes well, monday will be my last exam ever in university...

So wish me luck!!! I REALLY NEED IT :)

Hopefully Italia will make my day even better by winning their game :)

does anyone know, if lippi and hiddink have met in CL?
Nop Im quite certain they havent, they have always missed meeting each other. Since Lippis arrival at 1994 for us, Hiddink has taken charge of Real, Sevilla and PSV. And looking back to the time when he was coach at Real we never played them. Sevilla well impossible and PSV nop, as a season later Lippi left.

I would like to see one of the following for the Australlia game:

------------------Buffon
Zambrotta -- Canna -- Matrix --- Grosso
Camo ---- Perrotta-- Gattusso -- Pirlo
-------TONI/Gila --- Del Piero

OR

------------------Buffon
Zambrotta -- Canna -- Matrix --- Grosso
----- Camo-- Gattuso -- Pirlo
------------------------------Del Piero
--------- Toni ---- Gilardino

I really don't want to see Totti.. He was so ignorant today.

This should be an easy win for Italy and that's exactly why it's so dangerous. I predict a "heated" 2-1 win for Italy, with lots of refereeing errors in favour of Australia.

Thanks :) It will be over soon.. I just hope at the end my hardwork will pay off with the results.. Our graduation exams are freakin tough and our failure rate is as high as 40%.

Man looking at their game with Brazil, they sure aren't an easy team. They play really well. And they also play high tempo football.
