About a month back I posted a message asking anyone if they had gone to Turin for a match. I plan to go in four weeks as my holiday from work means I can catch the Inter game.

I have made some plans but was wondering if anyone could give me some advice.

So far...

I'm learning some basic italian thanks to the bbc website
Plan to travel by Ryanair for under £40 roundtrip
Only going to be in Italy for four days (can't do longer)
Going to go by train one day to visit Milan
Stay in Turin

Apart from that I don't have many plans so can anyone..

Give advice on language barrier

Recomend a hotel or hostel in Turin - I like the look of http://www.itwg.com/hotel3728 as it's in a great position

Advice on getting a ticket, I doubt it will be a sell out, never is with the Dele Alpi from what I understand

Recomend other places to visit

Advice on buying tickets and traveling on the train

Club shop any good?

And generaly any advice

Thanks

Thanks, was thinking more of places in Turin but I'll still look in to it.

Just thought of another thing. Whats it like getting to and from the Delli Alpi?

I ask because I will need to get a 10pm flight from Turin airport after the match, kick off 2pm.

Buy tickets through listicket... easiest and most reliable way
(go on sale at 10 am on tuesdays - 1 /2 weeks before depending on match)

Easiest way to get to delle alpi is taxi (about 15/20 mins) or by tram (outside station drops you opposite stadium) (about 35 mins)

Taxi from delle alpi to casselle takes about 15mins

Club shops ok... In a good place for general shopping and food

Very much doubt the Inter match will be in the afternoon.... More than likely be either sat or sun at 19.30...
