Interesting stats, thanks Mikhail...

So Inter was never relegated either?

I am surprised that the difference in points between Juve and Inter and Milan is so small. And Inter is on top of Milan?

And Roma with 2571 with just 3 Scudetti?

It doesnt really have to do with how much they won the scudetto...2571 are just points accumulated..

Sure, but it's a lot of points not to win much with.

That's interesting : so now the Italian league started in 1929/30, i.e. the year when Juve's name was put on the football map as they won the next 5 scudetti in a row, whereas Milan's three prior to that period go into oblivion..

If we are to award the title of "greatest ever" to Juventus, it is also preferable to avoid the touchy subject of comparative statistics in European competitions:rolleyes:

No, Inter is the only club never to have been relegated. It pains me to say it but http://www.juventuz.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=4407&pagenumber=1

BUT, the little known FACT OF THE DAY is that in fact JUVE was relegated to Serie B but because of outside circumstances they were brought back up:
In 1913 Juve was dead last in Serie A and was supposed to relegated to Serie B. The next season as the war was waging and the sport's popularity was in decline they decided to bring Juve back up for 'special circumstance' despite finishing dead last in the "Girone". This decision was debated for years as Juve never actually played in Serie B but did finish dead last in A and a schedule was actually printed out with Juve in B.
I'm glad I didn't have to browse through 1202 pages in that thread :D

    I have to admit, I'm loving Inter's goal difference - 1500 exactly!
If they play like most of last season, that statistic won't change for a good while :D

Do you have access to the tables for those seasons? Perhaps you could help RSSSF fill in the blanks?

I have them at my parents' house, roughly 1200 km from here.

I should be able to find them on the net too, but right now Im too exhausted to bother tbh. I'll give it a try tomorrow.

    What's RSSSF?

Edit : nevermind, I just saw it's the name of the site.
