A "Marked as Read"question for Marty (1 Viewer)

The Yankees forum I belong to has the following function:

When you've read the last post in a thread (or any one, TBH) and you go to the bottom ("Forum Jump"), it brings you to the main subforum page that you were on (ie, say, Matches) and automatically marks that thread as read.

Kind of a cool function, actually. Will the new version do that here?
