First you find a picture you like. it has to be the right format (maximum 100x100 pixels, but anything less is ok too), and under 30 KB in size. Then, you click on profile, edit options, and scroll to the bottom of the page, click change avatar, and either upload the picture from your computer or paste a link to it.

It can't be A website. Which means in this case you wouldn't be able to put in "http://www.juventuz.com"

Go to the picture you want, right click, copy source

Here's a suggestion: download the picture you want to your computer and then upload it as your avatar if you're having so many problems directly linking to it.
